Health Insurance

Most Health Insurance policies will cover private Counselling/Therapy sessions. If you have Health Insurance cover and would like to use this to cover the costs of your sessions, then here are some steps which might be helpful:

1. Contact your insurance provider, ask them whether private counselling/therapy is covered with your policy and what you need to do next to start a claim.

2. Check with your insurance provider that the private counsellor/therapist is a provider they are able to approve. They may request evidence of the counsellor/therapists qualifications, registrations etc. With Grace can provide you with this upon request.

3. Your insurance provider will give you a claim/reference number, make a note of this as With Grace will ask for these details.

4. With Grace will ask you to complete an Insurance Confirmation form. With Grace will then invoice your insurance provider at the end of each month for any sessions which occurred. If you would prefer to make the payments directly and then claim back from your insurance provider, then this can be arranged.
